Welcome to TekkySessions.com (referred to as "the Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the services provided herein. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Website.

Session T's & C's

​

1- Single sessions must be confirmed as early as possible with a staff member to secure a time slot. All sessions must be paid in advance i.e. before the session starts. 

2- Block bookings offer you a secured time slot and the session will always take place at the agreed time. Sessions do not need to be confirmed as the player will be expected to attend unless agreed otherwise. Players with block bookings must attend at least one session per week. Block bookings are allowed a maximum of 2 cancellations/rescheduled sessions over the course of the block. An 8 sessions block booking must therefore be completed within a maximum of 10 weeks. Any incomplete sessions during this period of time will be charged. 

3- Because we reserve a time and a space for you, cancellations for both single and block sessions must be notified to a staff member at least 24 hours prior to the session to avoid a late cancellation charge equal to the price of the session.

4- In case of an unexpected emergency requiring you to request a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice), Tekky Sessions will deal with your request on a case by case basis.
